Loss of Contents
We will handle all of your contents claims quickly and efficiently with our full-time inventory specialist as part of our Property Field Adjusters team. Our Content Specialist will inventory on-site, and then apply replacement cost software with price verification to help accurately determine replacement cost values. We will assess content losses for both residential property and loss of business personal property.
Our inventory services range from completing a basic desk review of property itemizations, to complete inventories completed via on-site inspections. We will work with your insureds to prepare inventory lists, document items that may be destroyed beyond verification, and utilize still photography and video recordings to ensure accuracy for complete inventories.
We use software to obtain content market values, then we further cross-match these values within our own database system to verify accuracy. Additionally, we utilize internet research to confirm availability and values. We then provide you with a detailed report, which include policy limits and sub-limits, actual and replacement cost values, depreciation, and vendor pricing. Depreciation is calculated based on the age of items and expected life cycles according to depreciation guide.
