Casualty Claims Adjustment

Colonial Adjustment, Inc. offers superior Casualty Claims Adjustment services. Our team of six casualty adjusters have an average of 29 years of experience in the industry, most having worked for major insurance companies prior to joining Colonial. We are proud to have staff with a CPCU designation, as well as the AIC distinction. Working exclusively within the Casualty claims area, our team of adjusters know what questions to ask, and can handle all levels of casualty claims processing.

Adjusting liability claims is a challenging area, so we make it a top priority to establish a strong relationship with insureds, claimants and witnesses through in-person contact, and interviewing all parties involved. We conduct on-site investigations immediately when a claim is received to conduct accident scene investigations via location photography, take careful measurements and other documentation, and construct a diagram of the scene so that we have all the possible information to assess the claim, complete our investigation, and determine damages. We believe it is of utmost importance to complete as much as possible in the field and in person. Colonial can process the claim to completion, determining value, negotiating a settlement with the insured, and providing any mediation or judicial roles necessary.

We are always available to be reached by claimants, and follow up with them consistently through the process so they feel secure in the process. Our report to you is highly detailed, with all supporting documentation, and reviewed carefully by one of our Claim Supervisors for accuracy prior to being submitted. No matter how complicated the claim, we can handle all the details, and will report our findings to you quickly.

We can handle all your General Liability Homeowners and Commercial claims needs including:
