Anne is the Director of Human Resources and Casualty Division, responsible for planning, leading, developing and coordinating the human resource practices and policies for Colonial Adjustment. Additionally, she manages the operations of the casualty and auto divisions. Anne is a member of the leadership team contributing to the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of Colonial Adjustment.
A graduate of the University of Maine, Anne is a multi-lines adjuster with experience in both property and casualty claims, including cases in litigation. She began her career in 2001 with a well-known insurance company before joining a large, regional self-insurer. Her background has provided her with a thorough knowledge of automobile, homeowner’s, and general liability including Police and Public Officials liability. Anne is a licensed adjuster in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Anne makes it a priority to continue her professional development in human resource management, insurance claims adjusting and casualty claims management. She participates in courses and seminars to continue her education and expand her skills on an ongoing basis.
Anne is a Maine native, and lives with her husband and two daughters in Winslow. Volunteering is important to her, and she serves on the Patient-Family Advisory Council at the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care where she can also be found playing piano for patients. Her two daughters are avid dancers, and she and her husband travel the country with them to dance conventions.
