We’re excited to congratulate Senior Adjuster, Joe Lombardo to his new hybrid role as a Senior Casualty & Auto Adjuster!
Joe joined our Auto Adjusting division in 2022 after a lengthy career as an international procurement broker and licensed Private Investigator. His strong background handling Casualty and Worker’s Compensation claims in his role as a PI made him an ideal adjuster, and he is a natural match with casualty adjusting. Joe’s exceptional investigative skills and knowledge of the industry has evolved to a new hybrid role as he joins our Casualty division. He will be handling casualty claims in all three of our territory states, as well as continue to handle desk auto adjusting as needed.
As a private investigator, Joe focused on investigating claims for the insurance industry. Much of his investigative work involved accident and medical investigation, gathering claimant and witness statements, and conducting scene investigations. Having traveled the world as a manufacturing supply chain and procurement broker, he has worked with hundreds of teams and clients in various industries. Joe is very comfortable working with a wide variety of individuals and businesses. He has strong communication and management skills, as well as research and investigative abilities.
He graduated from the University of Connecticut and attended the University of Hartford. He takes building his knowledge and certification base very seriously, pursuing continuing education opportunities including workers’ compensation, fraud investigation, and surveillance. He is a licensed adjuster in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont with a casualty territory that will span into portions of all three states.Joe splits his time between his home in Massachusetts and a home in Wells, Maine. He and his wife, Cathy, share three grown children and six grandchildren with a seventh on the way, with whom they spend as much time as possible. He also enjoys spending free time at the ocean and traveling with his wife.
