General Adjuster Announces Retirement
After an impressive career as a General Adjuster, Dean Fogg has decided that it is time to retire, effective December 29th. While are our feelings are mixed to see such a key member of our Property Adjusting team leaving, we wish him much enjoyment as he embarks on this next phase in his life.
Dean has been an insurance adjustment professional for 33 years, joining Colonial in 2005 after a distinguished career as an internal adjuster, and having owned his own independent adjustment firm. During Dean’s time at Colonial, he has handled commercial and residential property loss cases throughout Maine, with a concentration on our Bangor, north to Fort Kent territory, as well as the Downeast regions in the Calais area.
Dean has greatly enjoyed working closely with newer adjusters to the business, assisting with coaching and mentoring them as they developed in the field, and traveling throughout the state

Debra Bailey
As one of our Casualty Adjusters, Debra Bailey has been covering the greater Waterville, Maine area from the Boothbay region, north to Newport, and downeast to Belfast. She will now be expanding her territory to include the Bangor region reaching the northern Maine areas of Aroostook County to St. Francis and east to the Eastport-Machias region.

Marianne Bois celebrates 15 years with Colonial!
Customer Service representative, Marianne Bois, has just celebrated her 15-year anniversary with Colonial! Marianne is a member of our front-line customer service team, and many clients know her from her exceptional telephone service and assisting our adjusters with new assignment details. We keep Marianne very busy with report preparation for our adjusters, claims and auto adjusting paperwork, and office support coverage. She says what she likes best about working at Colonial is “the team spirit of working together, and that no two days are the same.” We are grateful for team members like Marianne who keep up with the busy work environment here at Colonial. Ron Boisvert, Celebrating 25 Years of Service
General Adjuster, Ron Boisvert, is reaching a milestone at Colonial, about to celebrate 25 years with the company. Colonial is humbled to have team members like Ron share their expertise and professional dedication for so many years.
Ron has 35 years in the industry, beginning with a large national firm before coming to Colonial in 1982. His background as an adjuster is substantial, serving in the broadest capacities as an all-lines adjuster, claims supervisor, and a mentor to new adjusters. Licensed in Maine and New Hampshire, Ron currently handles commercial and property losses. He also specializes in environmental claims and condominium losses. Because of his extensive background and expertise, Ron is a key member of Colonial’s Large Loss Team, traveling as necessary across Maine and New Hampshire.

Adjuster, Ryan Coffin, Earns His AIC Designation
We are very pleased to announce that Adjuster Ryan Coffin has earned his AIC designation. Ryan joined Colonial in 2013, and has consistently worked to expand his knowledge and grow as an insurance professional. He has a BS in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, and earning his in Associate in Claims (AIC) demonstrates his continued dedication to widening his perspective on the world of claims management. Ryan is one of our Adjusters in the Property Division, and has also begun to cross-train in our Casualty area.
