On September 14th we held our first in-person company meeting since 2019! As COVID had kept us apart as a large group for three years, our meeting theme was, “Bringing the family back together.” For us to provide our clients with the best service possible many of our adjusters work remotely so we can effectively cover the entire states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Due to this fact, our Annual Company Meeting is the primary opportunity for us to be all together as a team. In addition to celebrating our Colonial family, we reviewed market conditions, client services, and how we can remain current and continue to advance as a company. It also provided an ideal setting for our staff to participate in valuable peer to peer collaboration.
The annual meeting also affords us the opportunity to recognize individuals who have proven themselves throughout the year. The following individuals were awarded with promotions recognizing their advancement in the industry. Promoted to Senior Adjuster were Alex Tuck, Kevin Mimande, and Cathy Gagnon. Brandon Robertson was promoted as the newest member of our General Adjuster team.
We were also excited to present our Exceptional Service Award to General Adjuster, Alex Hill, to recognize not only his outstanding performance, productivity, and commitment to our clients but also his dedicated service to his community.
Immediately following the meeting, we headed over to our headquarters in South Portland for the Colonial Adjustment Annual Bean Bag Tournament. It turned out to be a beautiful Maine fall afternoon to share some food, fun, and friendly competition together as a “family”. Congratulations to this year’s champions – Scott Kidder and Eddie Weddington!
When our team comes together the comradery and enthusiasm is contagious – it’s a fantastic way to energize the team and enjoy our Colonial family!
