On September 14th we held our first in-person company meeting since 2019! As COVID had kept us apart as a large group for three years, our meeting theme was, “Bringing the family back together.” For us to provide our clients with the best service possible many of our adjusters work remotely so we can effectively cover the entire states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Due to this fact, our Annual Company Meeting is the primary opportunity for us to be all together as a team. In addition to celebrating our Colonial family, we reviewed market conditions, client services, and how we can remain current and continue to advance as a company. Jordan joins Colonial with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in a variety of claims related roles. He began his career as a property and casualty adjuster with a large national insurance carrier. For the past eight years he has worked as a multi-line adjuster, as well as an Assistant Claims Manager, with a municipal risk insurance company.
His most recent work included employment law related claims. He is skilled in claims investigations and experienced in attending litigation and settlement conferences. His interest in insurance fraud investigations began during his studies at Granite State College, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. He has continued to be committed to his education and expanding his knowledge, earning numerous distinctions and certifications as an insurance professional.

On July 8th, a Colonial Adjustment team of golfers teed off for a great cause, participating in the 20th Wish Kids Golf Classic. It was a nice opportunity to have a team of some of our golf enthusiasts get out on the greens again to raise money for this important charity. Proceeds from the Wish Kids Golf Classic go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Vermont to help grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
